Projects Library - Cookies & Tracking Technologies Policy
Version 1.0
Last updated: September 2026
1. Introduction
This policy explains how Projects Library uses cookies, local storage, session storage and similar technologies.
Projects Library is operated by EU Systems Ltd.
We use these technologies primarily to operate, secure and remember settings within the Service.
We do not currently use advertising, retargeting or cross-site behavioural advertising cookies.
2. What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser.
Browsers also provide technologies such as local storage and session storage that allow websites to retain information on a device for purposes such as authentication, preferences and temporary workflow state.
Some technologies are essential for the Service to work. Others may support functionality or limited statistics.
3. Essential Technologies
Projects Library uses essential technologies for purposes including:
- authentication and maintaining signed-in sessions;
- security and bot protection;
- maintaining consistent deployment/session behaviour;
- temporary Vault unlock state;
- invitations and sign-in routing;
- Guest Access sessions; and
- other functions necessary to provide the Service requested by the User.
Disabling essential technologies may prevent parts of Projects Library from working.
4. Authentication Storage
Authentication information may be stored in browser storage by the authentication infrastructure used by Projects Library.
This allows Users to remain signed in and enables the application to determine which authorised Workspace and information the User can access.
Authentication storage is necessary for signed-in use of the Service.
5. Vault Unlock Technologies
The Vault uses short-lived secure session technologies associated with the temporary unlocked state.
These technologies help the Service provide authorised access without requiring the User to re-enter Vault credentials for every individual action during a short session.
The Vault automatically returns to a locked state according to the application's security controls.
6. Functional and Preference Storage
Projects Library may store limited preferences on the device, such as:
- interface state;
- preferred start page;
- project view or sort preferences;
- last-used navigation destinations;
- Collection navigation state; and
- similar usability settings.
These technologies improve the experience but are not used for advertising.
7. Operational Analytics and Visitor Statistics
Where enabled, Projects Library may use limited first-party visitor statistics provided through our Lovable hosting environment and associated analytics infrastructure.
These statistics may process information such as page visits and limited technical information for the purpose of understanding use of the website and operating or improving the Service.
We do not use this technology for behavioural advertising, retargeting or tracking Users across unrelated websites.
Current visitor-statistics technology does not intentionally create advertising profiles.
Where applicable law requires consent before optional analytics technologies may access or store information on a device, we will obtain consent before doing so.
8. Technologies Currently Used
The technologies used may change as infrastructure develops. Current or recently used technologies include:
| Technology / provider | Purpose | Classification |
|---|---|---|
Cloudflare __cf_bm | Bot/security protection | Essential |
Lovable __dpl | Deployment/session consistency | Essential |
| Authentication browser storage | Keeps Users signed in | Essential |
| Vault unlock cookies/session technology | Temporary authorised Vault access | Essential |
| Application/session storage | Invitations, Guest Access and workflow state | Essential |
| Preference storage | Interface and usability preferences | Functional |
| Lovable visitor statistics / associated analytics infrastructure, where enabled | Limited website/service statistics | Analytics |
Exact cookie and storage names may change as providers update their infrastructure.
9. Analytics and Advertising
Projects Library does not currently use:
- behavioural advertising cookies;
- retargeting pixels;
- cross-site advertising profiles; or
- third-party advertising networks.
Limited operational/visitor statistics may be used as described above where enabled.
If we introduce materially different analytics, advertising or tracking technologies in future, this policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated before or when those technologies are introduced.
10. Third-Party Infrastructure
Some essential technologies are provided as part of the infrastructure used to operate Projects Library, including Lovable, Supabase and Cloudflare services.
Those providers may process limited technical information necessary to deliver, secure or operate their services.
Further information about service providers and international processing is provided in our Privacy Policy.
11. Fonts
Projects Library is designed to serve its required website fonts from its own application environment rather than requiring routine font requests to Google Fonts.
This reduces unnecessary third-party requests during ordinary page viewing.
12. Managing Browser Storage
You can use your browser controls to inspect, block or delete cookies and other stored website data.
Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, Vault access, Guest Access or other parts of the Service from functioning correctly.
Where an optional technology requires consent under applicable law, appropriate controls will be provided.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the Service, providers or technologies change.
The current version will be published on myprojectslibrary.com with its latest revision date.
